A blue wave has gripped Canada. And no, Justin Trudeau, if you’re reading this, you can’t surf this one.

The Progressive Conservative Party in Prince Edward Island emerged victorious this week following a tight, three-way race.

There are now seven conservative premiers in Canada, representing over 50 per cent of the population, and, as Keean Bexte reports, if Andrew Scheer’s Conservative Party wins the federal election in October, conservatives may be able to make huge, transformative changes.

This week, London (UK) has been brought to a standstill by mainly white, middle-class climate change “activists” calling themselves the Extinction Rebellion.

Since the protest started on April 15, more than 9,000 police officers have been deployed, and of 1,000 arrests, only 40 people have been charged.

Janice Atkinson MEP took to the streets to talk to some very… unusual… protesters.

The Liberals are asking Canadians to do more with less — but you won’t believe how much Justin Trudeau spent on liquor and food on just five flights on a government jet.

The Rebel’s intrepid Alberta Bureau Chief, Sheila Gunn Reid, has the details.

Andrew Yang is a Democratic candidate running for president in 2020. He’s been gaining online momentum ever since his appearance on the Joe Rogan podcast.

Some notorious Trump supporters have even switched their red MAGA hats to the pink Yang Gang hat, and much has been made of Yang’s eccentric promise to hand out a Universal Basic Income of $1,000 per month to every citizen. New Rebel Jessica Swietoniowski wonders how serious support for Yang really is.

P.S. The devout Jewish owners of the local BerMax bistro in Winnipeg, Manitoba, claimed that they were the targets of a hate crime.

But in an unusual twist, this incident went from being labelled one of the worst hate crimes in Winnipeg’s history, to the police charging the cafe owners themselves with “mischief”.

So, The Rebel has decided to send Keean Bexte to Winnipeg to investigate. To watch his first video on the story, please click here, and, if you want to help us in our efforts to supply original, hard-hitting journalism like this, please visit to chip in. Thanks again!
