You called, you emailed, and you demanded justice from the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office.
On Friday afternoon the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office charged Robert Bell with a felony for wrongful voting. Bell recently admitted to Veritas that he voted in New Hampshire and in Florida.
According to a statement from the New Hampshire Attorney General, Bell surrendered to local police and was released on bail. He will be arraigned in court in early May.
Bell’s arrest has flooded local media across New England including the Boston Globe, the Union Leader, the Concord Monitor, and WMUR.
It’s a warning signal to all who commit voter fraud. Project Veritas will find you.
However, the fight isn’t over yet. I was still served a grand jury subpoena and I have been ordered to appear in New Hampshire in May. The state still wants to investigate the methods and “operations” of Project Veritas.
It’s Déjà vu all over again. In March of 2016, after releasing a voter fraud story in New Hampshire, the Attorney General’s office issued me a subpoena demanding our raw videos. But, funny enough, we had already delivered them to state officials.
In April of 2016, Veritas sent a sworn affidavit to Assistant Attorney General Stephen LaBonte, with a request to have Project Veritas Action and myself excused from appearing before a Grand Jury.
LaBonte replied saying, “. . . I believe the previously served grand jury subpoena has been satisfied, as such Mr. O’Keefe is not required to appear.”
So, what’s going on here? Why are we now required to appear before the Grand Jury of Hillsborough County on May 17th?
Our team doesn’t know the full details yet. But what I do know is that Project Veritas will continue to release voter fraud videos in New Hampshire and across the country.
In fact, more are coming soon. You can watch my full comments on Bell’s arrest HERE.
