Rochester, NY – A man from Israel was arrested at the Greater Rochester International Airport on Wednesday, accused of making anti-American statements and threats.

U.S. Border Patrol Agents said the man screamed, “Americans are evil and you will get yours” and “I have a nuclear bomb in my pocket.”

Investigators said the 41-year-old man had overstayed his visa to the U.S.

The suspect had been admitted to the U.S. as a non-immigrant tourist in May 2014.

Agents are not releasing the man’s name at this time.

He was arrested and will appear before an immigration judge who will determine his eligibility to remain in the U.S.
