CAIR Rep Discusses Proselytization, Muslims in the U.S. Military (RT America)

Just to be clear, there are not 11K “American” Muslim troops. According to Bare Naked Islam, maybe 3500 (but not all on the battlefield, and those who are have a dismaying propensity to kill their fellow American soldiers). You don’t really have to listen too closely here to hear the call to make the troops dhimmis: don’t proselytize, don’t wear religious ornaments, don’t kill Muslims, don’t try to win . . . It’s all just toooo offensive to the “American” Muslim troops, don’t you see. Four minutes, all of them gaggers.

The House and Senate are allowing him to get away with anything he wants to. We have a legal remedy for that.

    18 USC § 2382 – MISPRISION OF TREASON

    USC-prelim
    US Code
    Notes
    Currency

This preliminary release may be subject to further revision before it is released again as a final version. As with other online versions of the Code, the U.S. Code Classification Tables should be consulted for the latest laws affecting the Code. Those using the USCPrelim should verify the text against the printed slip laws available from GPO (Government Printing Office), the laws as shown on THOMAS(a legislative service of the Library of Congress), and the final version of the Code when it becomes available.

Current through Pub. L. 112-90. (See Public Laws for the current Congress.)

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

It can be filed through two entities:

The Provost Marshall, and read below:
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

Reagan Administration, we had to attend “Hatch Act” briefings. The Hatch Act of 1939 was passed to forbid federal employees from engaging in forbidden political activities. Primarily, it prohibits federal employees from using their official authority or influence for the purpose of affecting the results of an election.

In these briefings, it was made explicitly clear that using government money for political campaigns was illegal. I guess times change, as it sure seems like the president is trying to make an end run around the Hatch Act prohibitions.
