The educational crisis in Chicago is our fault and we fully accept the blame

H/T King of my Blog:

Karen Lewis, the current Chicago Teachers Union President, sent shock waves through the educational and Leftist union universe yesterday when she fully admitted that the horrific condition that is afflicting the Chicago area school system is to be mostly blamed on her own union and its policies.

“It’s time that the Chicago Teachers Union stop the self-absorbed, administration-focused, student-hating, policies that has gutted the financial stability of our school system and destroyed the educational future of hundreds of thousands of school children. We need to come to grips with the fact that our union was founded to look after the best interests of its members, not the children that we claim to do everything in the name of. “

HAHAHAHA!! I was almost rolling in the floor with laughter after I wrote that! Imagine that! A union boss that actually accepts some responsibility and wants to look at real solutions instead of trying to win more concessions from the taxpayer and blame-shifting all over the place.

No. As you can imagine, the real story is a bit different.

    This is a good start!
Just saw an article earlier today that some black school was blaming the whites and their wealth that their schools and school children were doing so poorly.
